:: Antioch Kitchens close until April 6

Antioch Kitchens will be closed over the break for cleaning, organizing and breath catching. We look forward to seeing you on Monday, April 6. Thank you for your continued support.

:: Campus coffee consumption

We will be working with Crimson Cup Coffee to create a campuswide consolidation of our coffee purchases. Doing this should allow us to ensure consistency in inventory, savings, and ethical assurance in the sources of our coffee. Please contact Isaac by

:: Leadership transition in Cooperative Education

Richard Kraince, associate professor of cooperative education, has been promoted to dean of cooperative, experiential, and international education.

Kraince succeeds long-time Antioch College faculty member and dean of cooperative education Susan Eklund-Leen, who will retire in December 2013. Eklund-Lean remains at the College as a professor of cooperative education until the end of the fall 2013 term.

The dean reports to the vice president for academic affairs, Hassan Rahmanian, and is responsible for developing and maintaining an educationally rich co-op job list supporting curricular needs and student interests. A key responsibility will be envisioning a co-op plan that broadens the range of possibilities for experiential education.

As dean, Kraince retains his faculty rank and will continue to teach sections of work portfolio courses.
